Session Offerings
  • $150 - 50 Minutes

In individual sessions, we’ll focus on helping you bring clarity, balance, and intention to your daily life. Sessions are a supportive place to reflect, process emotions, and explore ways to align your actions with your values and long-term goals.

  • $150 - 50 Minutes

    $225 - 75 Minutes

In EMDR therapy, we will follow a structured eight-phase process designed to support safety, clarity, and meaningful change. Throughout treatment, I’ll make sure we’re moving at your pace, building the right supports, and making thoughtful, collaborative decisions together. Ultimately we will work through experiences that no longer need to hold the same weight. At times, extending a session can help complete processing in one sitting and reduce lingering activation between sessions.

  • In-person sessions offer a quiet pause from the pace of daily life, held in a calm, welcoming space in Fitzroy, VIC. The environment is designed to help you settle in, feel grounded, and engage in thoughtful, relational work at your own pace.

  • Virtual sessions offer the same depth, care, and presence as in-person therapy, without the commute or waiting room. Connect securely from home or wherever you feel most at ease, with therapy designed to fit into real life while preserving intention, focus, and meaningful connection.

What to expect
  • I accept self-referrals and referrals from professionals.

I know how important it is to find a therapist you can trust to support you through some of your most vulnerable moments.

This is why I offer free 20-minute phone consultations. There is no expectation during the phone call, just a conversation about what you are looking for. You can ask questions, share what’s brought you to therapy, and get a sense of my approach.

  • 50 Minute Sessions $150

    75 Minute Sessions $225

I do not currently offer Medicare-rebated consultations.

A card is required on file to book sessions, and payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. I use Stripe to ensure all payment information is kept secure and private.

  • I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a full session fee charge. Refunds are at my discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact me to discuss them.

  • Your privacy is deeply respected. As a general principle, everything you share with me is kept private and confidential, including any initial emails or enquiries made before we meet.

There are, however, a small number of circumstances where confidentiality may need to be limited. These include situations where there is concern for your immediate safety or the safety of someone else, where child protection issues arise, if records are subpoenaed by a court, or if a serious crime is disclosed that has not been addressed by the police or the courts.

You will receive a copy of my confidentiality statement to review and sign before your first session. We will also talk through confidentiality together in your initial appointment, and revisit it whenever it feels helpful or necessary.

If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality at any point, you’re very welcome to raise them. Should confidentiality ever need to be broken for the reasons outlined above, I will speak with you about this whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

  • In the initial intake session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and relevant background information. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns and mental health history. I'll also create space for us to continue the conversation around goodness of fit. Together, we’ll set a foundation for our work moving forward.
